Engine Company 905

At 02:15 this morning Engine 905 was alerted for a vehicle fire in Manor Township. Upon arrival E905 crew quickly knocked down the fire and prevented it from spreading to nearby structures. Engine 905 was assisted by Rescue 66 and Tanker 907.

At 02:37 this morning E905 was alerted to assist Lancaster Township Fire Department with a reported house fire on Wilderness Road. E905 responded with a total of 6 firefighters, arriving with E66-1 to find smoke & fire showing and secured a water supply, advanced a handline to the 2nd floor, completed primary searches, and deployed ground ladders.

This evening members tested their knowledge of our run district by filling in a blank map with street names from memory, then discussed run routes, target hazards, areas with water supply concerns, etc.

Engine 905 responded with 6 firefighters and upon arrival pumped the hydrant to supply the fire scene and the crew assisted with fire attack and overhaul.
