Today, our hearts are heavy as we mourn the passing of our Association President and dear friend, Frankie Gravette.

Frankie was so much more than a leader of the Bibb Graves Association.. formerly Bibb Graves High School, where she was a 1968 graduate. She was a devoted member of our community whose kindness, compassion, and servant’s heart touched countless lives. Whether she was creating beautiful arrangements through her flower shop, advocating tirelessly for animals and volunteering at the animal shelter, or giving her time and talents to preserve the legacy of Bibb Graves, Frankie helped to make our community a better place.

She led with quiet grace, generosity, and an unwavering commitment to others. Her love for our community was evident in everything she did, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her daughter Susan, and all of Frankie’s family and friends during this difficult time. We pray they find comfort in the love that surrounds them and in the many lives Frankie touched throughout the years.

Frankie’s legacy of kindness, service, and love will continue to inspire us. She will not be forgotten.
