Congrats, Shipmate!! 🎉🎊

Congratulations to LTJG Brian O’Toole for committing to STAY NAVY through his Department Head tours! Brian served ably in FORT WORTH’s Engineering Department and now leads the Operations Department! It is exciting to see this outstanding Surface Warfare Officer decide to continue to lead Sailors at sea!

He would’ve done it for free, but the check doesn’t hurt! Congratulations!
