Looking for a fun, hands-on way to kick off your weekend? Join Polk County 4-H and the Milltown Library for our first summer event!

📅 Event Details

What: Create a Positive Thought Garden
When: Friday, June 26th at 11:00 AM
Where: Milltown Library
Who: Youth of all ages!

What We're Doing:
Youth will have the opportunity to get their hands dirty, plant a beautiful succulent to take home, and cultivate some positive thoughts to keep them inspired all summer long.

Polk County 4-H and the Milltown Library are teaming up this summer to offer hands-on learning activities that inspire creativity and discovery. Whether you are an aspiring artist or a STEM enthusiast, there is something here for you to enjoy!

🎵 ANNOUNCING OUR 2026 MUSICAL GUEST 🎵

We're thrilled to welcome Tatum Kline as our 2026 Polk County Su***de Awareness Walk musical guest!

Tatum is a board-certified music therapist, talented singer-songwriter, and founder of Dynamic Music Therapy. Through her music and professional work, she helps individuals and communities connect, heal, and find hope.

Throughout the morning, Tatum will share live music in Pine Park as our community joins together to remember loved ones, support one another, and raise awareness for mental health and su***de prevention. We're delighted to welcome Tatum and share her talents with our community!

Our NEW staff are ready so we are extending our hours on Fridays until 5pm!

As we move through the next couple of weeks we will see how things go, gain feedback from customers, and decide if additional days need to be extended!

Thank you again for your patience! It has officially been 2 months since our opening day and we couldn't be more grateful!
