Millville High School invites all student-athletes to attend our FREE Sports Physical Clinic!

📅 Today📍 Millville High School Gym⏰ 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Whether you're preparing for fall, winter, or spring sports, take advantage of this free opportunity to complete your required sports physical.

📞 Appointments may be scheduled through the high school office, and walk-ins are welcome. Students are encouraged to arrive closer to the start of the event if possible.

📝 Please remember: Sports physical packets must be fully completed and signed by a parent or guardian before the doctor can approve the physical.

We look forward to seeing our future athletes this afternoon and helping you get ready for a great sports season
