Thank you to the Millville Farm Market & Creamery for donating a delicious BarBQue Chicken dinner for our crews providing standby services at the Northeast Outlaw Invasion Microsprint race at the Greenwood Valley Action Track tonight.

Tonight's training focused on preparation for a standby event we are doing at the Greenwood Valley Action track this weekend. Thanks to Ryan, Brock, and Tyler at KPM Motorsports for letting us visit your shop this evening to re-orient to the 3 classes of micro sprint cars that will be racing at this weekend's Northeast Outlaw Invasion. If you're local and never visited the Greenwood Valley Action Track, this weekend will be packed full of great racing. After our planning session was completed we also did a tabletop / preplanning drill for a large commercial structure in the primary coverage area.

With sorrow we share the obituary of Life Member Dayton Hess who passed away Saturday. Dayton will be remembered for not only his decades of service to the fire company through numerous roles, but also for being the Patriarch of 3 generations of Fire Company members who continue to serve. We will fondly carry with us, many memories of Dayton's quick wit and laugh along with the visions of his smile. May he be at peace. We hold our arms around his family as they mourn his passing.

Since we're already getting questions and we know vacation calendars have to be planned well in advance, here is the info on the 2027 Carnival. Dates will be July 2nd thru the 10th 2027. The 4th of July falls on a Sunday which means the parade will be on Monday the 5th. All other events to be determined.

With the 2026 carnival in the history books and mostly put away we have a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who had a part in making this another successful year. This year we tried to get as many photos that we could of some of the many faces of the Millville Carnival stands, as a tribute to the many many people, organizations, and businesses that play a part in our success. We appreciate each and everyone of you and your efforts. We are still working on gathering some more pics for future photo dumps of the carnival and the parade but in the meantime here's a start. Again thank you all!!!
