On Monday night our newer members participated in a large area search and SCBA drill. Thanks to Valley Township Fire Dept for letting us borrow their fog machine to enhance the realism, and to Orangeville Fire Dept for bringing their cascade unit on site to refill the SCBA.

We are conducting training evolutions tonite at the Starr Portables complex off Morehead Ave. We are using a smoke machine and sirens or air horns may be heard from the area.

Due to the rising cost of fuel and some other considerations, we not be providing swimming pool fills this year. There are several reputable water haulers in the area that do provide these services. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Thank you to Unityville Community Volunteer Fire Company Inc. for transferring apparatus and personnel to our station late last evening to cover our primary area while Engine 233, Tankers 231 and 235 along with Chiefs Staff provided mutual aid to Bloomsburg Fire Dept for a multiple alarm and multiple building structure fire.
