Located in South Jersey, My Sisters' Kids' program was developed to bring awareness and support to children and teens faced with a situation in their life stemming from grief or loss. The aim of the program is to offer intervention for these difficult experiences at the time of onset or as early as possible to prevent potential crisis situations in the future years of the children and teens we ser

ve. We hope to prevent issues such as teen pregnancy, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, substance abuse, anger issues or possibly even su***de by providing early intervention and support in a safe loving environment. Our hope is to support children, teens and their families as they do the work of healing from a death of a family member, friend or peer. Changing hurt into hope! Our future goal is to also support and recognize that loss comes in many forms and we want to support those experiencing other types of loss, such as abandonment issues, the effects of divorce, & loss from some type of disaster.

Father’s Day feels different when Dad is gone. The laughter, the hugs, the warm presence—they’re now memories we hold close. Though he’s no longer here, his love remains in everything we do. We honor him with silent prayers, teary smiles, and deep gratitude. Missing you, Dad, today and always. Happy Father’s Day in heaven.

Thrive is a wonderful 3 day grief camp not far from our home town 😊 check it out 👍🏼

Thrive Camp is a 3-day faith-based camp for children and teens who have suffered the loss of a loved one. All are welcomed regardless of religious background.

Children and teens will be welcomed into an atmosphere that encourages the idea that there is hope and healing in darkness. Camp will include daily sessions with their peers that help your child learn that they are not alone in their suffering. In addition to this, we will be providing lunches and taking campers off-site to multiple locations throughout the week that will teach various coping skills that will last a lifetime.
