Mandarin English Toastmasters Silicon Valley MET is a fun club for improving your communication skills in English and Mandarin. The club is a chartered chapter of Toastmasters International.

The structure of Toastmasters helps members improve their public speaking skills, and this club has now joined the growing roster of bilingual clubs.

Would you like to write a paragraph on wellness?

You'll enter to receive a cool Toastmasters manual of your choice.

What's your idea to achieve wellness?

Why not write a paragraph on wellness and email
[email protected]? You may be one of the six
people to receive a free manual. There are so many cool manuals! For
example, you can choose story telling manual, a Competent
Communication Manual (in English, simplified Chinese, or traditional
Chinese), or a bestseller:

How winners are determined:
Three winners are determined by drawing numbers. Another three winners
are voted by sponsors and mentors for Wellness Toastmasters:

Your perspective on wellness may be more creative, holistic than a so
called "expert". For example, you may plan to play board games with
your family every Sunday afternoon, hike with friends once a month, or
serve as a club officer to skyrocket your self confidence.

By changing from listing the things that you are going to do, to writing down the things that you have done, my life has become a lot easier. Done lists give perspective to your to-dos and it motivates you to keep making progress, every day, until it’s Done.
