Join Us for the 3rd Annual Art Walk Auction!
The Milton Public Library is excited to host our 3rd Annual Art Walk Auction on Tuesday, September 8 at 5:00 PM in our beautiful Story Gardens outdoor space. This year's collection features 37 uniquely designed poppies created by talented local artists and youth:
🌺 20 Youth Poppies • Approximately 1' x 1' • Created by local youth artists • Starting bid: $25
🌺 17 Adult Poppies • Approximately 3.5' x 3.5' • Created by locally-connected artists • Rebar is included with the purchase of the adult poppies • Starting bid: $200
Milton's own Ryan Koenig is running the auction! The youth poppies will be auctioned first, followed immediately by the adult poppies. Light refreshments will be provided.
How the auction works:
✅ Sign in at the registration table upon arrival
✅ Receive a bidder paddle and auction sheet
✅ Follow along as each poppy is presented
✅ Raise your paddle when you'd like to place a bid
✅ Pay for winning bids at the end of the evening. Payments can be made by cash, check, or card, with a preference for cash or check
✅ Return your paddle before heading home with your new artwork
Can't attend but want to bid?
We can help! If you or someone you know can't attend the auction but would like to bid on a specific poppy, please contact the library in advance. We can coordinate a proxy bidder to bid on your behalf during the auction. Please email Library Director, Ashlee Kunkel, at [email protected].
