Sleep works wonders for your overall health and for your stress level. If you haven't been getting 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night, make an effort to turn-in earlier, especially during the stress-filled holiday season. Try to make your bed time a routine. If taking a warm bath, reading a book, or practicing simple yoga stretches helps you relax then do it every night, and soon it will become natural for you to fall asleep at that desired time.

The Only Thing Stuffed Will Be The Turkey!

Instead of piling your plate sky-high this Thanksgiving, try focusing on right-sizing your portions. You don't have to skip out on your once-a-year favorites, just downsize your portion to a few bites of each. This infographic will help you easily determine the serving size for typical Thanksgiving items such as turkey, gravy, and even pie for dessert!

Here's a few extra tips, too:

1)Eat a salad first to combat your hunger before diving into the meal and stick to drinking water with lemon.

2)Make a well-rounded meal on your plate the first time so that there is no need to go back for seconds.

3)Fill half of your plate with fruits and vegetables, and then correctly portion out your other items.
