Congratulations to the newest rotary winged aviators who were pinned Aug. 28 during the Training Air Wing FIVE Winging Ceremony.

* CAPT Jason Russo, USN, Commodore, Helicopter Maritime Stike Wing, Pacific, was the guest speaker for the event.
*Over 37,800 Naval designation numbers have been assigned since Whiting has produced rotary winged warfighters.
*These warfighters will now be assigned to their Fleet Replacement Squadrons to learn their fleet aircraft.
