Anyone who has been to The Gathering Place knows John and what an important role he plays as a staff member. He’s a friend to all and an amazing guy who always moves at high speed with efficiency in every step. We’re very proud of you, John! 👏🏻😊🇺🇸

For decades, John has quietly dedicated his time, talents, and energy to the Milton community. Whether helping at The Gathering Place, organizing community fundraisers, supporting local events, or serving as a dedicated member of the Milton Masonic Lodge for more than 40 years, John has become a familiar and trusted presence throughout our city.
Known for his signature bib overalls and humble spirit, John embodies the very best of Milton's sense of community. As his daughter shared, his impact is found not only in the big moments, but in the everyday acts of support, sacrifice, patience, and generosity that have touched so many lives.
When asked what keeps him engaged and active within the community, John's answer was simple:
"Milton's sense of community."
