This week, Property Appraiser Greg Brown traveled to Tallahassee to advocate for Santa Rosa County and collaborate with fellow property appraisers from around the state. While there, they recreated a photo from over 35 years ago on the steps of the Old Capitol, showing them lined up in the shape of the Great State of Florida, each representing their home county. How cool!

📢 GOOD NEWS: The Florida Department of Revenue has officially approved the 2025 Tax Roll for Santa Rosa County!

This means our real and tangible personal property assessments meet all state requirements — a direct reflection of the hard work and dedication our team puts in every single day. 👏

What’s next? We’ll be preparing and mailing the Notice of Proposed Property Taxes (TRIM Notice) to all property owners in Santa Rosa County. 📬
