⭐️This month we are highlighting Safe and Supportive Communities implementation partner Wraparound Milwaukee. ⭐️
Wraparound Milwaukee and Children's Community Mental Health Services is a system of care that employs the Wraparound model to provide a broad range of programs and services to youth and families in Milwaukee County who experience mental and behavioral health challenges. They provide an array of programs such as Comprehensive Community Services, including specialized programs that serve youth who experience First Episode Psychosis and youth who have dual diagnosis, and Crisis Care Coordination, as well as other community-based supports to youth and families. As a department of DHHS, we work to advance the no wrong door commitment by connecting people to the right resource at the right time through a centralized intake process and options counseling.
