Renee Consulting and Management Group, LLC (CRC) is honored to announce the addition of its new, non-conventional staffing agency to its existing programs and services. On Thursday, April 27, 2017, the organization will introduce CRC (Human) Capital to the community. There will be a short program with elected officials, stakeholders, and community partners, from 2:00 to 3:30 PM, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3:45 PM, and an open house from 4 to 6 PM. Villard Ave, Milwaukee WI 53209. CRC has been in existence for over five years. CRC (Human) Capital will add another tier to the organization’s two-model approach of offering in-depth grassroots business and professional development to underserved persons in the city of Milwaukee. CRC (Human) Capital is ready to help bridge the employment gap. As an alternative staffing organization (A*O), the agency will focus on helping employers, job seekers, and the community by 1) providing high-quality screening, with an emphasis on skills-matching and retention, and 2) supporting candidates through workforce training and development programs, and collaborations with community partners. CRC will continue to offer:
Professional Development services: 1) high-quality workforce development training, 3) support services in specialized cognitive behavior soft skills, and 3) job readiness training. This program is available to people in re-entry, TANF recipients, dislocated workers, disabled workers, at-risk youth, and job seekers as a whole, with the goal of helping them achieve self-sufficiency.
Entrepreneurship/Business Development services: technical assistance tools and resources entrepreneurs can use to start and grow their businesses, and create wealth for themselves, their families, the people they employ, and the community where they reside. Brown, a former chief human resource officer, believes that when jobs return to Milwaukee County, jobseekers will need to be fully equipped in soft skills and work readiness, so they can obtain and retain those jobs. Many Milwaukee County job programs fail because they do not address the jobseeker’s mindset about the value and benefits of gainful employment. CRC offers special thanks to its community partners and sponsors who are helping to make this event a success: Bara Legacies, LLC; TransformationServices, Inc.; The Nisha Group, LLC; Mahogany C.A.R.E.S.; Clean Slate Milwaukee, Inc.; JD Davis Funeral Home; Helen’s Supportive Services; Life Enhancement Supportive Services; Envisioning the Future, Inc.; Abby Phillips Design; and EHV Consulting.
