Are you a homeowning elder or adult living with disabilities that is in need of a health/safety home repair, such as a walk in shower, ramps, wider doors, or another need that is affecting your health or safety of your home? Our Major Home Repair Program may assist with up to $10,000.00 for a health/safety home repair! Applications open starting on Tuesday 10/01 at 8am and must be submitted by Thursday 10/30 at 4:30pm. Staff can assist with applications and questions. Please call 920-869-2448 or email [email protected] for questions.
*Applicant must be homeowner
*Eligibility requirements do apply
*Must be deemed health and safety
* 25 spots available. Lottery draw if over 25 qualified applications received.
* Open to enrolled tribal members in Brown, Outagamie, and Milwaukee Counties.

* Applicant must be 65 years of age or older OR 18-64 years of age & have a documented disability.
3.8.3 Must be at or below:
3.8.3.1 1 person - $40,000
3.8.3.2 2 person - $50,000
3.8.3.3 GWA payments won’t be considered as income.
