*** CALLING ALL SERVICE MEMBER'S KIDS***
We are looking for a new picture idea for our site and would like your help in creating in it. This means take out your crayons, your markers, pencils or pens! We would love for you to draw what you think your mom or dad does while they wear their uniform. You could draw the plane they work on, maybe they are a firefighter, a doctor or they protect everyone on base. Your drawing could be our main pages' cover picture! We want to update our Facebook page weekly or monthly (depending on the feedback) with your awesome ideas that you drew! So please have an adult take a picture and send it to the Airman & Family Readiness Program Manager, Amy Thompson. Please add your first name and age and have an adult check out sight to see if your work of art is our main media background picture!

Today we honor and celebrate the late Dr. Martin Luther King. His famous words were: “I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: 'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.'" —"I Have a Dream," March on Washington. Washington, D.C., on August 28, 1963, per The Martin Luther King Jr. Research and Education Institute at Stanford.
Let us not only live by his words, but make these words a standard.

Warrior Resilience & Fitness (WRF) Division - J-1 - The National Guard

Good afternoon,
The challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic impact all of us. During these unprecedented times, it’s critical that our fellow Service members and their families have 24/7 access to credible resources to not only protect our physical health, but our mental health as well.
The National Guard Bureau (NGB) partnered with Psych Hub—the world’s largest online platform for digital mental health education—to make their COVID-19 Mental Health Resource Hub available free of charge. NGB recently produced a video providing the Guard community with an overview of this comprehensive digital library, which features more than 600 articles, videos, and other resources to support mental health and reduce stigma during and beyond the pandemic. The video and Resource Hub are available at www.nationalguard.mil/wrf.
We encourage you to watch the video, visit the Resource Hub for yourself, and let us know what you think. Help us spread the word by sharing the video with service members.
It is imperative now more than ever that we look out for each other. We are a team and we need each and every one of you. We hope that this resource will provide additional support to those that need it.
