We created our magic last night and helped HPGM collect piles of toys for local families in need. Thanks for the photos Mary Dion Madigan!
Last night, HPGM held the 19th annual Noche de Ninos event.
During the toy drive, HPGM was awarded with a transformational grant by Bader Philantropies.
The Alverno Career Studio team, led by Dr. Cheryl Moore, in collaboration with the college’s Vanguard Society, launched a networking night – attended by 70+ students - that connected students with women leaders in the community. Career professionals also shared their experiences through a panel discussion and an evening of speed mentoring.
A big thanks to student partner organizations Alverno Business Leaders Empower, HPGM, and Alverno Black Student Alliance - BSA.
“Philanthropy is a partnership that can empower, uplift and shift power. We are building a culture of philanthropy because we believe that every Latin@ and Hispanic deserves choices and the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.” – Francesca Mayca Wegner, executive director, HPGM
To build a Milwaukee for all, we need to reimagine philanthropy, including who has a seat at the table. We are proud to support HPGM’s Board Pipeline Initiative (the 2017 cohort is pictured), which helps prepare Latin@ and Hispanic professionals for board service. Board membership involves sharing time, talent and ties, and making boards more diverse helps ensure that diverse voices, visions and experiences are part of an organization’s decision-making process.

enjoyed a lovely evening at the Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee (HPGM) Gala. It was a perfect evening to celebrate each other and National Hispanic Heritage Month. More than 450 Milwaukee-area business and community leaders helped raise an estimated $500,000 to support education and HPGM. 🎊
What a night That was! A night of friends, hugs, laughs, dancing, and fundraising for a great organization, HPGM! For the second year, we have had the honor to partner with HPGM to make videos for their gala night!
As a video producer and creative content company, we always strive to deliver innovative concepts to tell stories in a fun, genuine, and meaningful way.
Working with Francesca Mayca Wegner, a visionary-innovator-collaborator and influential Latina leader has allowed the team of Source Ten Creative to develop and propose unique, creative, and out-of-the-box videos.
The best ideas result from teamwork, supportive collaborators, and friends who share their vision. By the reactions of the audience and the feedback from so many attendees at the event, we confirm once more that innovative videos with powerful narratives create a genuine interest and capture the attention.
Many professionals participated in the production of these 4 videos for HPGM. We deeply appreciate each one who had a part in the videos! They gifted us with their time to make amazing videos.
Thank you so much, Francesca, for trusting us to engage an incredible audience at the HPGM Gala Experience night 2022.
Life is great when you get to work, play and collaborate with friends.
The team of Source Ten Creative was looking for a location for our next video, and Gladys Manzanet, a dearest friend and a superstar in the diversity and inclusion space, came to our help and kindly made all the arrangements to allow us to film in her organization’s building for our client HPGM . We scouted the area and it was exactly what we wanted. Thank you Gladys!, All I can say is wow! You made our day 💛✨😀
