Applications for low rent/public housing(often referred to as the projects) for Minden Housing Authority will be available ONLINE ONLY Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 8:00 AM to Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM. This is to get place on the waiting list only. Just a reminder this is NOT for section 8(often referred to as the voucher program)!
Both public housing/low rent program (projects) and section 8 (vouchers) are HUD programs.
