Honoring the fallen and remembering their sacrifice. Grateful to stand with the Village of New Hyde Park and American Legion Post 1089 for the Memorial Day wreath-laying ceremony. We will never forget.

Deeply honored to join my neighbors, community leaders, and colleagues in government in Stewart Manor this Memorial Day. It is always a privilege to stand together with this incredible community, but it is especially meaningful on a day of such profound significance.

Thank you to Mayor Mike Onorato, the Village Trustees, and Village Administrator Rosaleen Shea for continuing this important tradition and for inviting me.

A special thank you to the Stewart Manor Fire Department and Boy Scout Troop 134 for their dedication and presence as we all paused to pay our respects, reflect on our history, and show our deepest gratitude to the brave heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Seeing our community come together reminds us of the strength of the liberties we inherit, and the immense debt we owe to those who defended them. We must never forget.

Nothing says Spring like the Franklin Square Boy Scout Troop 93 Mother’s Day Plant Sale! 🌸 I had a great time stopping by to grab some beautiful hanging plants and catching up with Councilman Thomas Muscarella, Hempstead Town Supervisor John Ferretti, and TOH Receiver Jeanine C. Driscoll. It’s wonderful to see our local officials supporting such a hardworking group of scouts. Great work, Scouts and Moms and Dads!!! 👏✨

A somber but necessary morning spent honoring the correction officers who gave everything in the line of duty. Their courage wasn’t just in how they lived, but they selflessly served our community every single day.

It was a privilege to stand with my colleagues and the families of these fallen heroes. We carry their memory forward, ensuring their sacrifice is never forgotten.

Congratulations to Mayor Chris Devane and the whole Village of New Hyde Park board of trustees! It was an honor to witness the official ribbon-cutting for the George L. Sakowich Park on May 8th. Seeing the community come together to celebrate this new landmark was truly special. A huge thank you to everyone involved in bringing this project to New Hyde Park! 🤝🏘️
