If your student received a summer school letter yesterday we discovered some of the dates were incorrect! Sorry for that mistake and here are the CORRECT dates for summer school!

Thank you so much for making all the 5th grade teachers feel the love for Teacher Appreciation Week. The children were so kind and sweet as they delivered their gifts. The luncheon was delicious and the raffle gifts were lots of fun! We also enjoyed treats from Sonic, Dairy Queen, Whataburger and McDonalds.

Only two weeks left for these 5th graders, then they are off to conquer middle school.

Anyone else missing the warmer weather? We know our 5th graders are! Here’s a flashback to us exploring outdoors and discovering ecosystem interactions at our own school. A few examples:

Birds flying in the sky.
Ants crawling on the soil.
Fungi growing on a dead log.
