Miner Fire Department The Miner Fire Department is a team of volunteers comprised of your neighbors, your friends, and maybe even your relatives.

We are people just like you, with families, jobs, and active lifestyles who still find time to give back to their community. Established in 1956, The City of Miner Fire Department delivers the highest quality service to the community in the most professional manner possible – with the resources available to us. Our greatest resource, by far, is the 20 dedicated volunteers that currently makeup ful

filling our noble purpose, 24 hours a day, 365 days year. Our services focus on protecting life and property through a variety of training, preparation, response and evaluation activities.

The fire service in Missouri has lost another. He was differently a icon to so many to us and friends to many. I'm glad I had the opportunity to get to work with him on many fires. John always had answers if u had questions and very knowledgeable at fire scenes

Had a very productive training week with area Fire departmens Today we finished up with driver portion had a great time with area brothers and sisters wished we could do it more often. Thank youth Missouri University for the opportunity to have the training and most of all thanks to Instructor Ralph Assnt chief from Fruitland Fire Department we finished up class last nite of class with a vehicle slash structure fire
