Went for coot in mccaysville with fishing line holding a leg up. Didn't get him yet but found this! New hatch. No females down there.

Grab a cup of coffee and let's chat

We are installing a 4 head mini split in our barn and applying spray foam insulation. We have an incredible person whos covering this cost (mini splits on the way).. heres the problem. Waterfowl cannot go in it for 48-72 hours due to toxic fumes and we have way to many to put everyone elsewhere but can do probably 75 in coops by the house (chicken coop, baby coop, turkey coop). So either I can keep them in smaller fenced in area at night and sit out there from sunset to sunrise to keep them safe (which i really dont want to do).. or we can adopt a bunch out so I dont have too. Plz come adopt and save my sleep schedule!!! Any females come with a male, we have boys that can go together for bachelor flock and we have baby ducks. Plz come adopt!! Send short video of coop theyll be locked in at night and let's get ya out here!

We adopted 2 baby ducks out from ball ground today (thank you lauren) and a pair of ducks and 4 toddler chickens from blue ridge today (thank you kara). Ty both for choosing adopt dont shop!

Hey y'all, Grant here again!

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to everyone who donated to my kiddo's Cub Scout fundraiser the other day! Her pack is almost halfway to their goal for the year, and it's all thanks to everyone who has supported them through buying popcorn or donating to the Heroes & Helpers fund that sends product to local food banks, first responders, and military bases. ❤️

If there's anyone who still wants to help support her (or another local scout you might know!) the fundraiser runs through the end of the year, so there's plenty of time to donate. 💕

Lets talk about something different in rescue and wildlife rehab :) let's talk about the spouses who support! And today we are featuring Brian! Brian isn't my husband, but hes kinda like my surrogate husband lol. Hes helped knock a few important things off the rescue hunny to do list while my own husband is down. Not only has he given up a couple day on weekends to come here, but hes also helped me load food near buford. This is while he has his own projects to tackle at his place.
Who does this husband belong to? This is the other half of Nevermore Wildlife Rehabilitation !! Hes her left hand with not only projects but also feeding and cleaning up after the wildlife his wife does. Hes also her biggest cheerleader, the one to just sit next to her on the hard days and the one to be there while she smiles while wiping a tear away when the babies are ready for release. He listens to the shenanigans some of the wildlife have done throughout the day while eating dinner after coming home from his day job. Thank you donna for always sharing him with me when needed and I get so excited when Donna comes too! I adore this couple! If you dont follow them, what are you waiting for? Go hit that button!!

These are some of the babies we have available. They'd be great addition to your flock :)

4 toddler chickens whos soul mission in life is to dump their water, scratch their food out of the bowl then yell at me because its empty and tearing up a puppy pads became their favorite game of all. They've sense been moved to shavings and I believe they sent out chirping signals for help. Genders unknown, not on heat.
Ducks are much calmer. They enjoy soaking every ounce of bedding within seconds, splashing around in their water and just looking cute.
