The 134 PAC was on the ground in Presidio County, right on the border, working together with local Democratic leaders and activists to support Katy Padilla Stout, Gina Hinojosa, and James Talarico.

We joined Presidio County Democratic Party Chairwoman Irma Juárez for a canvass of local businesses in downtown Presidio, bringing campaign signs and working together to get them up throughout the community.

Joining the effort were Big Bend Regional Director Ramón Rodríguez Aranda, Roy Morey of the Jeff Davis County Democrats and voter-registration organizer, Annette Mendoza who helped plan, and Presidio County activist Billy Hernandez.

This is what rural organizing looks like: people coming together, sharing resources, registering voters, supporting candidates, and putting in the work on the ground.

Presidio County is part of the Big Bend Region of the 134 PAC, and we’re proud to continue building a stronger regional organization across rural Texas.

From the border to the Big Bend, we’re organizing county by county and community by community🌵

El 134 PAC estuvo presente en el Condado de Presidio, justo en la frontera, trabajando junto a líderes y activistas demócratas locales para apoyar a Katy Padilla Stout, Gina Hinojosa y James Talarico.

Nos unimos con el Partido Demócrata del Condado de Presidio, para visitar negocios locales en el centro de Presidio, llevando letreros de campaña y trabajando juntos para colocarlos en la comunidad.

También participaron el Director Regional del Big Bend, Ramón Rodríguez Aranda, Roy Morey de los Demócratas del Condado de Jeff Davis y organizador del registro de votantes, Annette Mendoza quien ayudó organizar, y el activista de Presidio Billy Hernandez.

Así es como se organiza en las comunidades rurales: uniéndonos, compartiendo recursos, registrando votantes, apoyando a nuestros candidatos y haciendo el trabajo directamente en nuestras comunidades.

El Condado de Presidio forma parte de la región del Big Bend del 134 PAC, y nos enorgullece seguir construyendo una organización regional más fuerte en todo el Texas rural.

The 134 PAC was proud to collaborate with the Midland County Democrats and support their work on the ground in West Texas!

We were proud to deliver yard signs and other campaign materials from Austin with Glen Maxey, helping equip the Midland County Democrats with the resources they need to organize and mobilize their community. We also sponsored a highway sign in support of their efforts.

A huge thank-you to Rebecca Torres for her leadership and dedication to building a stronger Democratic Party in Midland County. We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with local Democrats who are putting in the work every day.

Together, we’re building a stronger Democratic movement across Texas. 💙

The 134 PAC is proud to endorse Bianca Martinez-Bailon for Presidio County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2.

Bianca understands that public service in Rural Texas begins at home. As a member of the Presidio City Council, she has already stepped forward to serve her community, listen to her neighbors, and take an active role in the decisions that affect their everyday lives. Not only that, but her experience in that field paired with her study in Sociology make it a perfect fit for someone prepared for the role.

House District 52 represents an important intersection of Rural Texas and some of our state’s fastest-growing communities. As a rural Williamson County resident, Marine Corps veteran, and small-business owner, Chris understands both the traditional character of this district and the challenges that come with rapid growth.

His commitment to protecting local agriculture and water resources while strengthening public schools, healthcare, infrastructure, and economic opportunity demonstrates the kind of balanced, forward-thinking leadership this diverse district needs.

The 134 PAC is REPRESENTING ! 🌾 🎤💪

Guy Stuart of The 134 PAC and CD 31 Committeeman Lane Law recently spoke at the Coryell County Democrats’ monthly meeting in Gatesville.

Guy explained why The 134 PAC was created, outlined its mission, and detailed the grant programs it offers. He shared ideas on messaging for their GOTV efforts.

His main takeaway is that this is an impressive group of active Democrats. Coryell County is taking all the right steps to grow their organization by building a strong community and empowering leaders in their organization.

The 134 PAC was proud to collaborate with Glen Maxey and pick up signs to help get them out to communities across the Big Bend region and West Texas.

We’re making sure communities have the signs they need to organize, show up, and be ready to win this election. This is what grassroots organizing looks like: neighbors helping neighbors and making sure we’re all equipped and ready to go.
