Sad that we can’t be at the library for national library week but we can still show our love for libraries!

Words of wisdom from author Judy Blume to kick off National Library Week: "Librarians save lives: by handing the right book, at the right time, to a kid in need."

For books that celebrate the value that books bring to our lives -- and the libraries and librarians that help make them available to so many children -- visit our blog post, "35 Mighty Girl Books Celebrating Reading, Libraries, and Literacy," at https://www.amightygirl.com/blog?p=11656

For several books to help kids dealing with common yet challenging childhood issues ranging from anxiety to anger, all for ages 7 to 12, we recommend "What To Do When You Worry Too Much” (https://www.amightygirl.com/when-you-worry-too-much), "What to Do When Your Temper Flares" (https://www.amightygirl.com/when-your-temper-flares), “What To Do When Mistakes Make You Quake" (https://www.amightygirl.com/when-mistakes-make-you-quake), and the entire series at http://amzn.to/2prZsFb

For an excellent series of guides for older tweens and teens focused on helping them handle a variety of life challenges, including bullying, body image, anxiety, and self-confidence, visit http://amgrl.co/2zIohAr

And, to help build children's emotional resiliency at every age, check out our blog post, "Understanding The Way I Feel: 50 Mighty Girl Books About Managing Emotions” at https://www.amightygirl.com/blog?p=11449
