Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Minnesota We serve foster children through advocacy, access to resources, and fostering meaningful connections. We help kids be kids.

CASA MN supports volunteer CASA Guardian ad Litem advocates through recruitment, recognition and retention. CASA MN administers the CASA Cares fund- a grant program for children and youth in foster care. Applicants can receive up to $500.00 per child per year for enrichment activities.
