Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act We are an adult Employment and Training program for American Indians, Alaskan & Hawaiian Natives.

The Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act is an employment and training program at the Minneapolis American Indian Center. We serve 71 counties in the state of Minnesota, excluding HENNEPIN County and the reservation boundaries. Each reservation serves their own area and American Indian OIC WIN Program serves Hennepin County.
