Met with advocates from the Alzheimer's Association to discuss my bipartisan AADAPT Act. Primary care providers are calling for more Alzheimer’s training resources to improve early detection, diagnosis, and care – my bipartisan legislation will deliver tools to support them.

Reminder to R.S.V.P for the Senior Matinee

Please join us for another movie matinee this Friday, June 12th!
Rain or shine, the movie will be shown. Come out and enjoy Chicago style beef hotdogs, popcorn, lemonade and iced tea, as we reminisce the early days of cinema with Diane Carroll and James Earl Jones in "Claudine".

Remember to R.S.V.P. so we can have enough for all to enjoy!

Dementia vs. Normal Aging — What’s the Difference?

As we age, it’s normal to forget things sometimes—like misplacing keys or needing more time to remember a name.

Dementia is a medical condition that affects the brain.

If you would like more information about Dementia, need a support group, or resources, our Caregiver Support team can assist. Please contact us at 952-945-4034

This week we had the incredible opportunity to advocate for the ASAP Act and the importance of early detection for dementia. The experience was truly rewarding.

Alongside caregivers, individuals living with dementia, and so many passionate advocates, I shared my own caregiving journey on Capitol Hill. Standing in Washington, DC and speaking directly with Senators and leaders reminded me how powerful our voices can be.

I’m grateful for every story shared, every connection made, and every step forward for families impacted by dementia.
Thank you to the Alzheimer's Association Minnesota-North Dakota for the invite!
