For the Senior DFL Caucus June 23 Election Season Fund Raiser our decorations goal is to transform the event space by mounting fabric, flags and favorite rally posters on 90 feet of cork mounting panels that surround the room. These materials can be tacked and taped as needed. This form is a tool for you to use to tell Byron, Cindy and Sharon which of these materials you might have to lend. We'll need you to clearly identify the material you lend us with your name.

The Unidos Minneapolis Climate Equity campaign is working to build the power to expand the Block by Block clean energy transition in Minneapolis so everyone has access to a healthy and affordable clean energy home by 2040.

We’d like to share our upcoming campaign goals & actions with you and to talk about building the people power in Ward 11 so that we can get Jamison Whiting and Mayor Frey on board to support a ramp up from $14M to $118M in annual Climate Legacy Initiative Program funding and more geothermal, including a potential geothermal utility to enable the city to reach its goal of being carbon neutral by 2050.

We’re also participating in Monarca’s Democracy Defense as a way to ensure our elections count and to keep strengthening our neighborhood connections.

Hello Ward 11* neighbors:

There is a proposal coming before City Council on Tuesday morning to authorize a $6M land purchase for a police wellness center in our ward - including a gun range 400 feet from Windom Elementary School and blocks from Annunciation.

Please consider signing the attached petition letter to CM Whiting and share with others in the ward as well! The letter urges Council Member Whiting to vote NO on this land purchase next week and to reconsider the project entirely. Buying this land now is an irresponsible fiscal choice and far from the public safety reform we need in Minneapolis.

We will send the letter to CM Whiting on Monday night, just before the vote on Tuesday.
