Volunteers help our world go round. Thanks, Roz, for organizing our supplies as well as literally and metaphorically crushing the area formerly known as our "Land of Empty Boxes" (as you can see is written on the wall behind us).
We are always open to engaging volunteers no matter what your skills are - driving clients to appointments, spring yard clean up, office assistance, and more - we will find a way for you to help, please just let us know you're available! 😃

Mark your calendar—Wednesdays are for safety this spring!
Southeast Seniors and Kaytlin Hanson, Trauma Prevention Specialist with Hennepin Healthcare Trauma Services are partnering to bring you these classes.

On Wednesdays, April 22 and 29, join our two-part ThinkFirst: Preventing Falls Among Seniors series. Falls are one of the leading causes of injury for older adults, and these sessions share practical, easy-to-use strategies—from simple home modifications to
balance and strength exercises—that can make a real difference.

Then on Wednesday, May 6, don’t miss ThinkFirst: Senior Driving Safety, focused on staying confident and safe behind the wheel as vision, reaction time, and flexibility
change with age.

All classes run from 1:00–2:00 PM and are held in the Atrium at
First Congregational Church of MN at 500 SE 8th Avenue
