Last week, the Winter Lounge came alive with a spirited Cinco de Mayo celebration that blended vibrant flavor with thoughtful hospitality. Guests enjoyed guava and classic margaritas, Mexican popsicles, a build-your-own nacho bar, and a desert-inspired wine charm station in a festive, beautifully styled setting. The event was exceptionally well attended and reflected the continued energy and engagement within our tenant community.

Earth Month at The Dayton’s Project brought a fun mix of sustainability and community into the building.

Tare Market joined us onsite to connect with tenants and showcase their thoughtfully curated sustainable products, sparking ideas for easy, everyday swaps. Tenants painted reusable tote bags as a creative, hands-on activity, adding their own designs and personality to something they can use every day. We also introduced branded reusable cups for the weekly Dirty Soda Bar, designed to be brought back and used again each week.

Alongside the event, we hosted an electronic waste drive for tenants and shared a presentation highlighting the sustainable systems and initiatives already in place throughout the building.

We hope you all had a great Earth Month!
