4th Precinct CARE Task Force is not a public agency and reporting a criminal incident, or an environmental, licensing or housing concern to this page is not the same as calling 911 (Emergency) or 311 (general issues and concerns not crime related). 4th Precinct CARE Task Force began as a crime prevention strategy of the Folwell Neighborhood Association, Folwell Center for Urban Initiatives. The CARE Task is an advocate for residents living in the 4th Minneapolis Police Precinct. We partner with the Minneapolis Police Department, Hennepin County and the City of Minneapolis Attorney’s offices, Minneapolis Regulatory Services, Licensing, the Department of Corrections and various community representation organizations. The purpose of this page is to disseminate and gather information, and take action in addressing crime and the quality of life in our community. We welcome all those who participate for that purpose. Constructive input is welcome, however this is not a forum for campaigning, recruiting for other efforts, or broader concerns, or other Facebook initiatives.
