NOW OPEN: 2025 General Ray S. Miller Scholarship Applications!

Three $1,000 scholarships are available to active enlisted members of the Minnesota Air National Guard pursuing their first academic degree.

This scholarship honors the enduring legacies of Brig. Gen. Ray S. Miller, a founding figure of the MN ANG, and Lt. Col. Richard Wiessner, a decorated WWII combat pilot and leader. Their vision lives on through your pursuit of education.

Eligibility Highlights:
• Active member of the Minnesota Air National Guard
• Enrolled or enrolling in an accredited college, university, or technical school
• Past recipients are welcome to reapply!
