Mni Sota Fund We build Indigenous wealth throughout Mni Sota Makoce

Mni Sota Fund is an Urban Native CDFI (Community Development Financial Institution) located in Mni Sota Makoce. Established in 2011 as Bii Gii Wiin Community Development Loan Fund, Mni Sota Fund has continually worked to support the economic self-determination of Indigenous peoples in Mni Sota Makoce – the Land Where the Water Reflects the Clouds – and known today as Minnesota. Based in the Twin Cities, we support programs focused on small business development, commercial and consumer lending, and financial wellness. 💵 Annual salary: $88,000 to $95,000

Ready to take the next step toward homeownership?

Join Mni Sota Fund for an online First Time Homebuyer Workshop on Saturday, October 3, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

During this eight-hour Home Stretch course, trusted professionals will walk you through the homebuying process, from financing and down payment assistance to working with lenders, real estate agents, inspectors, and insurance professionals. Participants will also learn about resources available to homebuyers.

Upon completion, participants receive a Home Stretch certificate that meets the education requirement for many first-time homebuyer mortgage programs.

Appointments are available on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5:00–8:00 PM, but spaces are limited.
