Voting Guide
Members who live, own property, or a business in Areas 2, 4 & 6 will vote this cycle. Since HNA’s board members serve staggered terms, members in Areas 1, 3, & 5 will not vote in this year’s election but will have the opportunity to elect board representatives for their areas next year.
Eligible Voters
Eligibility for membership is defined below as any individual who is at least 18 years old and is:
1. A resident in the neighborhood; or,
2. An owner or business lessee of real property in the neighborhood; or,
3. The designated representative of a nonprofit or educational organization in the Neighborhood.
Voting
Members who are already registered should have received an email with the link to vote at noon. If you are not already registered, please follow the steps outlined below to register and receive your ballot. If you are new to the neighborhood or have never voted in an HNA election, here are the steps to register:

Send a picture of the documents listed below to [email protected]. Once we have verified your eligibility, you will receive an email with a link to voted
Documentation
1. Resident members may use any document of any kind showing the members full name and an address inside the neighborhood; or another member may vouch for one resident member's eligibility.
2. Business / property owner or lessee members may use documentation showing real estate ownership and the name of the entity paying property tax at that address, or a copy of the business lease at that address.
3. Organizational representative members may document their representative status with an official letter from the organization designating the representative by name.
