Thnks fr th mmrs, Maplewood Mall! 🖤

After 7 years, Tubman's NorthStar Youth Outreach Center has moved from its home on the west side of Maplewood Mall to a new location across White Bear Avenue! Thank you to the wonderful volunteers who helped pack and transport boxes, furniture, and more to our new digs next to Sola Salons. While we're getting settled in our new space, check out our website or Tubman's youth-focused social media channel, , for updates on hours.

Be sure to also check back to see when we'll be having our GRAND RE-OPENING later in June! Thanks for the support over the last seven years as we've expanded and grown NorthStar to where we can serve youth in the community in a space that allows us all to flourish.

Patio Season is in full swing, and we're heading to LTD Brewing in Hopkins to take full advantage of it! Join us on Monday, June 8 for LTD's Give Back Monday where 20% of revenue from the day will be donated back to Tubman! That's right, from 2 p.m. to close, your coming out on a Monday night can help Tubman.

REMINDER: Tubman's administrative offices in Minneapolis and Maplewood, including the NorthStar Youth Outreach Center and virtual services, will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. The NorthStar Youth Outreach Center will also be closed Saturday, May 23 in observance.

Tubman's shelter and housing services, and 24/7 resource and crisis line, will remain open and can be reached by calling 612-825-0000.

Happy Monday! While the weather is looking a little gloomy right now, we're excited to bring in some sparkle and shine this week at Roxy's Cabaret for Drag Queen Charity Bingo! Hosted by Nina DiAngelo and Monica West, Drag Queen Charity Bingo is a great way to support organizations like Tubman, win some prizes, and have fun every Tuesday and Thursday.

In addition to sprucing up paint jobs and changing light fixtures, RBC volunteers also helped turn over rooms for further renovations!

Happy Monday, and welcome to a new group of Tubman volunteers and interns! 🎉

This past Saturday, we kicked off our May Intern & Volunteer Training Series at Tubman Chrysalis Center, where we welcomed 25+ new interns, volunteers, and staff. Our Saturday orientation covers an introduction to Tubman, our philosophy and the way we serve, and Tubman's programs. Starting this week, our new interns and volunteers will learn more about Tubman's core services and the positions they will be serving in once the training series is completed. We are so looking forward to having these folks on board with us!
