Minneola Schoolhouse Library "We are a library small enough to know you and large enough to serve you." The library has a Friends Group, the Front Porch Book Club,and Family Story Times.

The Minneola Schoolhouse Library is a full service library offering materials for checkout, placing items on reserve from other libraries for pick-ups/drop-offs, children's and adult programs,computers for internet use, and wireless reception. Come and check out our free magazine exchange.

Get ready for a close encounter of the reptile kind on Friday, July 17 at 11am at the Minneola City Hall Gym at 800 N. US Highway 27. Meet a Gatorland Wrangler, learn about reptile wildlife and pet a gator.

Gatorland is a true Florida institution and one of its earliest tourist attractions. There is lots to do and see at the park and many different animals to experience besides reptiles. And don’t forget to visit their awesome gift shop.

This program is FREE for all ages thanks to the generosity of the Friends of the Minneola Schoolhouse Library.

On Tuesday, July 14 at 5pm, join Kiersten McIntyre of the Passion Flower Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society. She will be brining plants to share.
