I've been watching the results tonight with supporters, and it looks like the voters have re-elected me to continue serving on the Minnetonka School Board! 😊

A big "thank you" to all who voted for me and, more importantly, the policy positions for which I stand.

A bigger "thank you" to all of you who helped with my campaign. By lawn signs, stickers, magnets, buttons, social media, knocking on doors, or word of mouth - you all made it possible (especially those of you who were kind enough to donate to the campaign). I am truly humbled by the outpouring of support I have received.

Lastly, I want to thank my opponents, their supporters, and anyone else that asked me tough questions or offered rebuttals during the campaign. You reminded me that there are other voices to which the school board needs to listen, even if they are not the majority, in order to truly balance options and reach consensus. In the end, we must all move forward together.

I'm honored to serve our community in my first full term as a Director on the Minnetonka School Board!

Last night, I had the honor of being sworn in as a board member of Intermediate School District 287, representing the Minnetonka School District. I was even given the privilege of reading the District’s Mission Statement. Providing an excellent education, even to those students for whom such a task can be more challenging — this is why I want to continue my work on the Minnetonka School Board for another 4 years.
