With the school year coming to a close, we wanted to give a big shoutout to Transition Plus students for volunteering at ICA! Each week, groups come in to help out with various tasks at the shelf. From bagging coffee grounds, separating pet food, assembling Grab-N-Go bags, and sorting compost, these students have been helping hands since the school year started. We are so grateful to have them volunteer - have a great summer Transition Plus!

Our Kids Summer Market is open on June 1! Families visiting ICA can receive extra produce, eggs, and other kid friendly choices this summer. Losing breakfast and lunch at school impacts about 1,600 local kids, and hunger doesn't stop when school is out.

Families can participate in the Kids Summer Market each time they visit for a full food shopping appointment. If you have questions about the Kids Summer Market program, email [email protected]. Stay tuned for more updates on how your family with kids can receive extra food support during summertime!
