Today was bittersweet as we wrapped up the 2025-26 school year with a clap-out for our 4th graders! Leading the parade were our retirees, Mrs. Mary Beth Lind (4th grade teacher) and Mrs. Dawn Richardson (reading intervention associate.) We will miss you all so much!!

What a fantastic day for Field Day! It started a little chilly, but better than too hot! ☀️ The students had a blast! Thank you to ALL our parent volunteers and to our staff for your help and supervision. We couldn’t do it without you! The MES PTO is the best of the best! They really knew how to make our teachers and staff feel very loved and special during Teacher Appreciation Week. The ladies spent countless hours planning, decorating, organizing, setting up, restocking, donating, cleaning up, etc. Thank you so much for all you do to help make MES the best place to learn and grow! Thank you to ALL the parents, students, and local businesses for the donations, kind messages, special treats and favorites that made our staff feel great! 🩷

Yesterday was a nice sunny day to take 4B out for Popsicles in the Park with the Principals! Included here are some pictures from Mrs. Lind’s recent wax museum. Thank you to the families who were able to come visit and celebrate one of our 4th graders final projects. We are really going to miss this group of students!
