The City of Miramar’s Minor Home Repair Program is now accepting applications!

Eligible owner-occupied households may receive assistance with repairs that improve the health, safety, energy efficiency, and accessibility of their homes, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, windows, and doors.

Qualified residents may receive a deferred loan of up to $70,000 for eligible home repairs.

Application Period: August 31 – October 1, 2026
