Dear Residents,

We are excited to announce several new ways that improve residents and visitors access to the community.

The two new ways to gain access to the community are:

Window decal ($10) (Highly Recommended)
Mobile App ($5 per month)

The window decal is permanently affixed to the vehicle windshield and is available for purchase at the offices of Associa.

The mobile app subscription will allow you to open the gate directly from your phone and view guests via video when they call. This feature incurs an additional monthly
fee of $5 billed by Associa to your account.

These new upgrades are an enhancement to our existing access system and offer improved functionality.

For those interested, we have the decals available at the office for $10 and clickers for $35. Payments can be made by check or money order to Palm Cove
HOA.

If you'd like more information about the new feature, please visit our office or email us at [email protected].

This is Landry Johnson, current president for the community. I have had several residents reach out via the inbox for this page asking about the myQ app thats available for the community. The cost would be $10 per month per user for it to be available to the entire community.

It is obvious that residents are communicating. As a board, we ask that you all communicate when positive things happen in the community, such as the mailboxes that were installed and the future enhancements that we have planned for the community, also.

We encourage all residents to attend HOA meetings to have a voice. They are welcomed.

On Tuesday, the gate malfunctioned where it did not grant access to residents. The issue was fixed after 20-30 minutes. Unfortunately, this happens from time to time due to Internet issues and the modem needing a reset. We are trying to identify how to work around this issue so that it doesn’t happen in the future.

If you have any HOA issues, please contact Luisana Carrizo of Associa. She is the property manager.
