🍂 With colder weather moving in, remember to use space heaters safely!

⚠️ Plug heaters directly into a wall outlet. Never use a power strip, surge protector, or extension cord. They can overheat and cause a fire.

✅ Keep anything that can burn at least 3 feet away.

✅ Turn heaters off and unplug them before leaving the room or going to bed.

✅ Check cords and plugs for damage.

Thank you to the Mishawaka Fire Department for having us and to the Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety for the invitation.
