⚔️ Our White Knight Saves Again! ⚔️

On February 28th, Josh provided life-saving CPR instructions over the phone, resulting in a confirmed save, adding yet another incredible accomplishment to his growing list of recognitions.

This marks Josh's 5th recognition since the day he cleared call-taking, and he has become the first employee at our agency to earn four of our five recognition pins. His recognitions include a baby delivery, an apprehension, two caller-in-crisis, and now a CPR save.

What makes Josh so special isn't just the awards, it's his unwavering commitment to helping others on what may be the worst day of their lives. He consistently demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and a genuine dedication to serving our community.

Josh is an amazing 911 professional, an outstanding partner on the floor, and someone we are incredibly proud to have on our team.

Congratulations, Josh, and thank you for continuing to make a difference when it matters most! 👏🚑

It’s all fun and games… until you work in a 911 center and the life saving emergency involves your partner sitting right next to you.

We had one of our dispatchers who stood up, choking and unable to breathe. In a split second, Sam sprang into action, performing the Heimlich maneuver until the food was dislodged.

It was one of the scariest moments for everyone involved and for those who watched it unfold. When emergencies happen this close to home, instinct takes over and training matters.

Thankfully, she is doing well, and we are proud to recognize Sam with a Lifesaver Award for her quick actions and willingness to step in without hesitation.

We are grateful for people like Sam and for the team that looks out for one another every single day. ❤️

Congrats, Hero!

On May 6th, Josh once again demonstrated the impact a 911 Professional can have during someone’s darkest moment. This is not his first recognition for helping a caller in crisis, and it speaks volumes about the kind of person and professional he is.

Josh understands that his role is more than answering a phone. It’s about being a calm voice when someone feels hopeless. Through compassion, patience, and genuine care, he was able to connect with a caller in crisis, keep them focused on him, and help guide them through a life-changing moment until help arrived.

We are incredibly proud of Josh and the work he continues to do for our community. Thank you for showing what it truly means to serve others with empathy and heart. ❤️

Every second counts in a cardiac emergency. ❤️

Early recognition of cardiac arrest and immediate CPR can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival. Recognizing the signs quickly, such as sudden collapse, unresponsiveness, and abnormal or no breathing, allows bystanders to take action before first responders arrive.

Hands-only CPR is simple, effective, and can save a life. Don’t be afraid to act.
