**** Road Closure Announcement ****

The following areas and roadways will be closed immediately due to the rising of water near the Shoto dam.

CTH B between CTH V and STH 310
Manitou Drive
East Shore Road

Please follow the below designated detours as established by the Manitowoc County Highway Department -

Northbound traffic under 20,000 pounds - West on STH 310 to CTH Q. North on CTH Q to CTH V. East on CTH V to CTH B.

Southbound traffic under 20,000 pounds - West on CTH V to CTH Q. South on CTH Q to STH 310. East on STH 310 to CTH B.

Northbound traffic over 20,000 pounds - West on STH 310 to CTH R. North on CTH R to CTH V. East on CTH V to CTH B.

Southbound traffic over 20,000 pounds - West on CTH V to CTH R. South on CTH R to STH 310. East on CTH 310 to CTH B.

What to keep in mind -
1. Conditions can change fast with flooding.
2. Even if a roadway looks passable, water-covered roadways
are dangerous.

We will update once these roadways are back open.

Here’s two items you need to keep clear during this snowstorm. 🧹

Stay safe by using your hands or a brush to clear off energy meters and appliance vents. Extra weight from snow and ice can damage meter piping or clog vents, creating a hazardous situation.

A few Two Creeks firefighters took advantage of the beautiful weather this morning drilling on pumping water off of hydrants! This is a skill we don’t utilize to often but is very important to do! This winter/spring TCFD has been hosting a pumper/operator class to make our firefighters more proficient at utilizing our engine! Thank you to the village of Mishicot for letting us use their hydrants and Ben of Lakeshore College for instructing the class!
