Mission Viejo, our Marines need us—and this is one of the simplest, most meaningful ways to make a real impact.

From August 1 through September 30, we’re assembling Welcome Baskets to help new Marines settle into the barracks with comfort, dignity, and a warm welcome from our community.

These baskets are filled with essentials that every Marine deserves on day one, and your donations make it possible.

Mission Viejo, this year’s Mission For Heroes Game will be one to remember. 💙❤️🤍

On September 11, Mission Viejo High School and the Mission For Heroes Foundation will honor our local first responders, military personnel, and their families—while commemorating the 25th Anniversary of 9/11.

Each MVHS football player will be paired with a local hero, creating a powerful moment of gratitude on the field. The evening will include a special 9/11 tribute, a moment of silence, and recognition of those who served during and after the attacks.

Event proceeds support scholarships, veteran and first responder wellness programs, and the Konrad Reuland Community Hero Award.

Mission Viejo… our adopted Marines have been BUSY and we need your help! 👶🍼

The Marine Adoption Committee is putting together amazing baby baskets for expecting Marine families at Camp Pendleton—packed with blankets, onesies, soaps, creams, and all the essentials.

But we’re running low on diapers and baby wipes, and we’d love your support to finish these baskets before they head to Camp Pendleton on August 15.

If you’re able, please drop donations in the bins located at the Mission Viejo Library or City Hall. We accept donations year‑round, but this push helps us support the many Marine families preparing for their newest arrivals.

🔥 Boots, Beer & BBQ is back, Mission Viejo!
Join us on August 2 for an unforgettable and fun celebration honoring the City’s adopted Marines. Enjoy mouthwatering BBQ, ice‑cold beer (and wine), entertainment, line dancing and the chance to show real support for the Marines who protect our nation.

A HUGE Thank You to our Camp Pendleton’s Headquarters Battalion, 1st Marine Division Color Guard and Band for participating in the City's 250th parade. Founded on November 10, 1775, Marines have served honorably in every climate and place.
From the shores of Tripoli to the valleys of Afghanistan, Marines have always
been ready when the nation needs them most, and truly living their motto, Semper Fidelis.
Under the leadership of Officer in Charge Captain Eric Kyne and led on
the march by Drum Major Staff Sergeant Kenneth Schweizer,
the pride of Camp Pendleton—the 1st Marine Division Band led the parade!

Hope you will join us this year at the annual Tee it Up FORE Marines Golf Tournament. It's an amazing event, get to hang out with Marines, touch and feel their equipment, and help raise funds for our adopted Battalion. Registration is open for golfers and it will sell out.

The Mission Viejo Marines and Sailors Adoption Committee, City of Mission Viejo, and Mission Viejo Community Foundation are seeking support from residents, businesses and organizations to benefit the 16th Annual "Tee It Up Fore Marines" Golf Tournament.

Sponsorship packages range from $200 to $5,000. The fee for an individual golfer is $250, and a foursome is $1,000. Organizers are also seeking donations for silent auction and opportunity drawing items.

Tournament proceeds support the programs the Mission Viejo Marines and Sailors Adoption Committee offers military personnel and their families. Your generosity will be recognized in the event program.

The tournament takes place on Friday, October 16 at the scenic Marine Memorial Golf Course at Camp Pendleton. It will be a great day to celebrate our Marine heroes as well as to strengthen our community relationships!

Registration for the annual Tee it Up FORE Marines Golf Tournament is open for golfers, sponsors, and in-kind donors. The event is scheduled for Friday, October 16 on base at Camp Pendleton. This fun event sells out every year! Marines are on every hole and bring out displays of equipment, different weapons, vehicles, and more. Saddle up, folks, and let’s kick up some dust at our Boots, Beer, and BBQ fundraiser in support of our brave Marines and Sailors stationed at Camp Pendleton! Join us for a rootin’ tootin’ good time filled with mouthwatering BBQ, lively line dancing, a bar, and a few surprises with our mystery boxes just waiting to be cracked open.
