Join the Mission Police Department and Stripes/7-Eleven for Operation Chill on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Stripes, located at 3108 N. Shary Road in Mission!

This fun community event gives our officers the opportunity to connect with local youth and recognize positive behavior by handing out free Slurpee coupons and building positive relationships one smile at a time. 💙

Bring the family, meet your Mission Police Officers, and cool off with us during an afternoon of community engagement and fun!

🚔☀️ NOW RECRUITING FOR THE 2026 SUMMER YOUTH POLICE ACADEMY! ☀️🚔

The Mission Police Department is excited to invite teens ages 14–20 to join us for a week full of hands-on activities, leadership, fitness, teamwork, and real-life law enforcement experiences!

📍 Open to Mission residents and surrounding areas
📅 July 13–17, 2026
💲 $40 registration fee
✔️ Includes academy shirt, meals, and snacks

Participants will experience:
🔹 Crime Scene Investigations
🔹 CPR / Stop the Bleed
🔹 Physical Fitness
🔹 Career Fair Opportunities
🔹 Safety Planning
🔹 Teen Topics & More!
