Masterminds Episode 6-- Marsha Terry, RN MSN

Happy Friday, Missionites!!

** Due to scheduling conflicts this week's episode was pre-recorded and we are including the following link below for you to watch at your convenience. Please note that next week, Friday, September 4, 2020, will resume with our regularly scheduled live discussions at 10:30 on the GMCC page.

About Our Mastermind:
Marsha Terry RN MSN CMOM CLC
Marsha Terry is a Canadian born Registered Nurse with her Master’s in Science in Nursing focusing on Leadership and Management. She is the Administrator at Terry Physical Therapy which has 2 locations and employs 15 people.

Her passion for leadership is further exemplified as a personal development coach. Marsha understands that many women feel like they don’t have a voice. Being voiceless makes one feel unheard and invisible. Her clients leave sessions with her recognizing their voice gives them relevance at home, at work, and in the community. She empowers women to be as courageous as they step into the knowledge of their own personal capabilities.

Marsha is active in her community in several organizations. She serves on the community advisory boards at Rio Grande Valley College in Pharr and the College of Healthcare Professions in McAllen. She is actively involved in Femcity and the Organization of Women Executives.

In 2019, she co-founded Village in the Valley (ViVA), a non-profit organization aimed at bridging the cultural gap that exists between Blacks and Hispanics in the Rio Grande Valley.

In her leisure time, she enjoys cooking and eating interesting food. Her Canadian and Jamaican heritage allows her to blend culture and food with her family. Pre Covid-19 you’d find Marsha and her family out in Sharyland where she resides as they are all avid moviegoers! Follow Marsha Terry on Facebook and @IAmAnInfluenceHer on Instagram.
