Founded by Keli O'Loughlin, a certified Notary Public commissioned for the State of Montana we are located in beautiful Missoula, MT. A native to Texas, Keli moved to the Missoula county area in 1989 with her family. She graduated from Frenchtown High School and since has lived and worked in Missoula and the surrounding communities. Together with her spouse, Jeff, they are raising a teenage daughter and 2 energetic Labradors at their home in Missoula.

It can be challenging to find an available Notary after the normal "8-5" business hours of a standard work day. Rocky Mountain Notary aims to make this an efficient and effortless process for all your notary needs.
