Have your voice heard on the future of the Center Street Ballfields!

The **Center Street Ballfield Survey** is now live, and this is your opportunity to help shape one of Moab's important community spaces.

The survey will remain open for approximately **3–4 weeks**, giving residents time to share their ideas and feedback. The results will help guide preliminary design concepts that will be presented during a community **Open House**:

📍 **Grand Center**

Whether you use the ballfields regularly or simply care about the future of our parks and recreation facilities, I encourage you to take a few minutes to complete the survey. Community input is an important part of creating a space that serves Moab for years to come.

Grand County did an excellent job organizing the 4th of July parade this morning. Moab has successfully adapted and created a great parade route where families can gather and enjoy the festivities while collecting candy and coming together as a community. Happy 4th of July everyone! Be safe and enjoy our 250th birthday.

As someone who has called Moab home for many years, it's exciting to see one of our area's most recognizable landmarks represented on something that will travel all over the country. Landscape Arch is an incredible symbol of the natural beauty that makes Utah special, and the dark night skies above it remind us of another treasure we are fortunate to enjoy here in southeastern Utah.

Whether you're a lifelong Utahn or just visiting, I hope these new plates inspire people to get outside, explore responsibly, and appreciate the incredible landscapes we have right here in our backyard.

It's always nice to see Moab and our public lands represented in a way that celebrates what makes Utah unique.

Be a good neighbor, no fireworks this year in Moab city limits.

The Moab City Council has issued a unanimous emergency declaration, prohibiting the discharge of fireworks within the city limits during the 4th of July season, following a discussion regarding extreme conditions with the Moab Fire Department.
